All Grill appointments require a 1 time Grill impression and design appointment. This impression is good for up to 2 years, all customs after the first piece are a 45$ design and consult fee.

Turn around for pieces made of silver/ gold are 2 weeks or less - Turn around for pieces with Stones/ Diamonds is 3 weeks or less Turn around on Enamel or micro set Diamond pieces is 4-5 weeks or less

- Grillz Deposits -

To start the grill making process once the design and impression are complete you must pay your deposit. Your quote is then locked in
& you’ll have 1 month from the time of you’re given the quote and impression at your appointment to start your Grillz labor. (unless arrangements are made for a future date with me on record ) After the 30 days you will need to check with me to make sure the quote is still accurate for Gold Market pricing. with a consultation. This is to cut down on loss on my end as well as hold clients accountable for my time. I am flexible and have no issue starting a piece when it aligns with your finances with proper notice. Final payment must be made upon Fitting/ Pickup day Appointment.

YOU WILL NOT LEAVE WITH A PIECE UNTIL IT IS PAID IN FULL. If you cannot complete payment the finished piece can be held for up to 2 weeks after completion. If no final payment is made you will FULLY FORFEIT your custom. Without complete payment I will take a loss on time, materials, and labor. I cannot use customs for other clients so it is a total loss and deconstruction depreciates the value of the materials used and cost more money for labor. If you abandon your piece at any point in the process you will FULLY FORFEIT your deposit and all impression / design fees WITHOUT ANY refund or return. This is why I’m open to communication and can hold your quote for a month + until your payment timeline can be aligned with your pick up date.

Deposit scale - Quotes under $500.00 MUST PAY 50% down to start Labor on the piece and 50% upon pick up / ready for shipping

Quotes over $500 MUST PAY 75% down to start labor on the piece and 25% upon pick up / ready for shipping

Quotes over 200.00 paid in FULL upon the start of labor get 10$ off

Quotes 300.00 paid in FULL upon start of labor will get 20$ off

Quotes over 550.00 paid in FULL upon the start of labor get 25$ off

With pickup you will receive care instructions and a Not Your Mijã’s Case to protect your piece this is included at no additional cost.
